*Please note that all our pieces are
handmade
from natural materials and therefore they are not all identical. They may differ in a minimal way in their
shape or color variations.
SHIPPING

Items are
shipped from Canada and when shipped to Canada usually arrive within
10 business days, and to United States take up to 15 business days.
A confirmation email will be sent to notify you of shipment and an
aproximated arrival date will be provided, as per postal services estimate. If
an item is needed immediately please notify us and we will do our best
to make arrangements for expedited shipment; extra shipping charges
may be added based on postal charges.
We do ship to many other
countries besides Canada and the United States. Please contact
us so we can add the proper shipping charges.
Each piece
is packaged in a reusable drawstring bag or tin can.
PAYMENT
Taxes and duty are to be paid by the buyer. Residents of Canada will be charged an additional
13% for HST - sales
tax.
All payments are stored, transmitted, and processed exclusively by
PayPal, not by us or any other third party. Please visit
www.paypal.com for more information about your secure transaction.
EXCHANGES/
REFUNDS
Dandi Maestre's jewellery is handmade in Canada with natural
materials. Our products are guaranteed to withstand a reasonable
amount of wear and tear.
All items are checked before shipping to
ensure there is no damage and the item is as described. If it is
decided that you would like to cancel your purchase prior to
shipment or want to change which item you want to
purchase, please contact us immediately by email to accommodate the
change. Please make sure you read the item description completely
and carefully before you make a purchase,
as we only accept returns for products that are
damaged. We do not make refunds but will give you a store credit.

within 14 days of receipt and we will repair or replace it at no
charge. Returned items can be shipped to the following address, at
the customer’s expense (the replacement item will be shipped at no

WHOLESALE PRICES
The
items on this site are sold at retail prices. All items are
available only while stocks last. Many items are available at wholesale prices for large orders. Please feel free to
email us.
USE/CARE OF YOUR NATURAL JEWELLERY
Horn, bone, amber, wood, leather and seeds, just as any precious material,
need certain care in use.
Natural jewellery and prolonged
exposure to sunlight, water or steam do not work well together.
Remember to remove your jewellery when bathing or swimming, and
refrain from soaking it
in water, oils, or anything else or it could result in possible
damage (crack, warp, or split).
Simply clean your jewellery with a damp cloth and polish dry.
Natural materials can not be dropped as they can break.

If an item is sold out, please
contact us about it. We are
constantly creating new designs, and our boutique is updated all the
time.
