I saw Dandi Maestre's work at the One of a Kind show in Toronto this weekend. She uses lots of organic material, but keeps it spicy by making her pieces huge and a little bit crazy. I loved it. Her website doesn't really do it justice, but her oversized designs are very cool. Mostly the material she uses is horn, which I have not seen used all that much, but every time I have, the pieces have been a bit looming. In a good way.
